Returns and Refunds

As a small artisan business, I kindly ask you to make mindful purchases to avoid the need for returns. My priority will always be to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the piece you receive, and I am committed to making your shopping experience positive in every way.

If, unfortunately, the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me promptly at info@atraposceramics.com including a few photos documenting the issue. In such cases, I will provide a full refund, including shipping costs, or a replacement of the item.

If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt to return the item and receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, provided that the product is unused and in perfect conditions. In this case, return shipping costs are your responsibility, as stated in Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Please note that the case above does not apply to international orders: these purchases are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective.

Before making a return, always contact me to arrange the shipment and receive the address to send the item to. The item must be securely packed in its original box and marked as “fragile.” I will notify you as soon as I receive the package and process your refund as quickly as possible.

It is important to clarify that if the item is returned in a condition unsuitable for resale (broken or chipped) or is lost during shipment, I will not be able to issue a refund. Therefore, I strongly recommend packaging it carefully and insuring the shipment to protect yourself against any unforeseen issues.
