Shipping policy

In Italy

Each order is carefully prepared and shipped within 3–4 business days after confirmation, but processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders and the time of year. I kindly ask for your patience and understanding — each piece is handled with the care and attention it deserves.

The shipping cost is fixed and will be shown at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over €60
Delivery times may vary depending on the area but are generally between 2–5 business days.

Abroad

At the moment, I ship to the following countries:
Italy, Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, Denmark, Portugal, Slovakia, Switzerland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Great Britain, Ireland, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Norway.
Countries marked as underlined are subject to customs duties.

Please note: Any customs taxes or clearance fees applied by your country are not included in the shipping costs. These are additional charges determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been shipped, the courier or local customs authorities will contact the recipient for payment of any applicable fees.
If the recipient refuses delivery or fails to pay customs charges, the parcel will not be eligible for a refund.

Please make sure to check in advance any customs duties or import fees that may apply in your country before placing an order.

Shipping costs are calculated individually and displayed at checkout.
Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, but please allow up to 21 days in case of delays beyond my control (especially during holiday periods).

At the moment, extra-EU countries not listed above have very high shipping costs, but they may be added in the future.

Sustainability

Each shipment is designed to have the smallest possible impact on the environment. I use recycled or biodegradable packaging materials and, whenever I reuse materials already available in my studio, I do so to give them a second life and reduce waste. Every piece is carefully packed to ensure it travels safely.
